Our Treatments

TCM Herbs
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a time-honored healing art that utilizes natural botanicals to restore internal harmony. It focuses on preventive care and addressing root imbalances to achieve sustainable health and wellness.

Pediatric Acupressure
A gentle pediatric massage that supports digestion, sleep, immunity, and common childhood issues without needles or drugs.

Auricular Point Therapy
A gentle auriculotherapy using seeds or pellets to stimulate ear acupoints. This mild pressure balances energy, relieves stress, and improves sleep and overall wellness.

Cupping Therapy
Use suction cups on the skin to increase blood flow, release tension, and help with pain, colds, and respiratory conditions.

Gua Sha
Gently scrap the skin with a smooth tool to promote circulation, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Tuina Massage
A traditional Chinese massage using hand techniques along meridians to relieve pain, improve circulation, and restore balance.

TCM Herbal Tea
TCM herbal tea serves as a ‘lifestyle’ version of traditional herbal medicine. It replaces concentrated medicinal brews with gentle, flavor-balanced infusions, making it easier to enjoy the benefits of natural botanicals as a form of daily preventative wellness.
